“When Anne & Louis started planning their 2020 Marrakech wedding, they could never have imagined the twists and turns that finally led to a Summer 2021 Mini-wedding while being four months pregnant, adding a special glow to the bride and an extra dose of joy to everyone attending.
After several postponements and many pandemic related setbacks, all-stars aligned, and the couple had a beautiful, meaningful and intimate celebration.
The couple chose Marrakech for their destination wedding since their families have Moroccan ancestry, and travelling with family and friends for the wedding seemed like a great way to bond.
The couple dreamed of a relaxed yet stylish celebration and envisioned a boho-chic, desert-inspired ambience that the Villa Taj Marrakech team executed perfectly”.
“The bride chose a sparkly, sexy bridal dress and wore comfortable red shoes and flowers in her naturally coiffed ginger tender locks. She accessorized the look with minimal jewellery and a lightly coloured bridal bouquet. The groom creatively wore a pastel blue suit with trendy white sneakers.
Anne & Louis prepared for the ceremony in gorgeous, airy separate rooms and briefly met before the ceremony for a romantic, intimate first look, away from the guests.”
“The meaningful ceremony was outdoors, beautifully decorated with lots of flowing white drapes, white flower pendants, wicker furniture, cactus, succulents, pampas and fountain grass, and a white petal covered lawn. The setting was dreamy, luminous and ethereal.
A rooftop cocktail followed it at sunset, seat-down dinner reception and party. The couple and their loved ones enjoyed each other’s company throughout the day, and all were visibly happy for sharing Anne& Louis’ love celebration”.
