There are restrictions to getting married legally in Ibiza, when it comes to holding a legal civil ceremony, one or both of you need to have been a resident for at least 2 years.

If one or both of you are of the Catholic faith, UK couples can have a legally recognised Catholic wedding in Ibiza, once the correct formalities and documents are obtained.
Many UK couples opt for a symbolic ceremony or blessing during their Ibiza wedding completing the legal formalities at home prior to flying out.
How long do I need to stay in Ibiza?
There are no formal requirements to visit the island before your wedding or regarding the duration of your stay. There’s lots to explore in Ibiza but the duration of your stay is entirely up to you.
