Fiesta Fields

My better half and I recently tied the knot at Hidden Valley, one of Fiesta Fields' gorgeous locations. It was absolutely stunning and we, and our guests, were blown away by the setting.

However, what truly made our wedding day was the relentless effort and patience that Nikki put into making sure we were ready. From managing the site, suppliers and power beforehand, to a pre-wedding walk through and then ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day - we couldn't have done it without her. She put us at ease at every stage and was totally committed to our vision.

After a few disappointing venue hunts we were feeling very downbeat about the whole situation! The day we met with Kim at Phoenice Fields, everything changed! The field itself was the perfect blank canvas to create the vision we had in mind and Kim was such a great addition to this with all her experience.

Throughout the year between booking and our wedding day she emailed us to check we had everything under control and happily helped with advice and suggestions, and nearer the time we met for a planning meeting.

We had our absolute perfect wedding day and that could not have been possible without Kim's help and the fabulous Phoenice Fields, which is the most wonderful setting for a rural wedding.

Fiesta Fields have got their service down to a T, making it easy for couples to make their vision of an outdoor wedding reception, a reality. Nikki was an absolute superstar, coordinating our land hire, overnight camping, generator, 24/7 security, posh toilets and even negotiating with the land owner to let us bring our dog! 


A few weeks before the wedding, we met with Nikki to run over the timings for the day. Nikki’s experience and relaxed approach helps you to consider things you would never have thought of. On the day itself, Nikki met our suppliers and made any finishing touches before we arrived. She kept a watchful eye on everything and any key timings throughout the day. It goes so quickly that it’s reassuring to know Nikki is there. 

We would highly recommend Fiesta Fields to anyone planning an outdoor wedding reception. Hidden Valley is the most stunning location, with the wow factor as soon as you walk down the hill. Thanks for having us Fiesta Fields! 

Fiesta Fields hosted my wedding day last weekend, and from the start of the process they have been great! Nikki got the ball rolling and then introduced me to Kim who I then worked closely with right up to the big day!

She was thorough and her attention to detail was incredible! Even faced with a quite drastic centrepiece change the day before, she sent me home to relax and sorted the whole thing and sent me a photo the next morning to assure me it was ok! I've loved working with Kim and am so thankful for everything she did. My wedding day was a huge success and she made sure I had a day I will never forget.

Our venue was a beautiful location and blank canvas that we were pretty much able to make our own.

Nikki was a brilliant organiser and no matter what we threw at her, even getting pregnant and throwing our 5 week old baby boy into the mix, she never seemed phased.

We can’t highly praise Nikki enough and she is fantastic at what she does. There are too many little touches that she adds to put into words, but all of these little touches added up to make our day really special. We would both recommend her services highly to anyone wanting a rustic outdoor type wedding. Thanks Nikki for all your hard work and making our day extra special!

When we first met Nikki at Phoenice Fields on a sunny October morning we instantly knew this was the place we wanted to have our wedding! The field is stunning with amazing views across the Surrey countryside, you would never know the M25 was only 10 minutes away!

Nikki has been fantastic to work with and has always been at the end of the phone or email, responding very quickly to the numerous queries we had on the lead up to the wedding. We could not have pulled off such a fabulous, amazing day if it wasn’t for Nikki’s help and advice.

We were after a chilled, relaxed day and Nikki definitely ensured this was the case, working hard in the background ensuring everything went to plan. Thank you for all of your hard work, we hope many more couples can enjoy celebrating at Phoenice Fields!

We came across Fiesta Fields on line, we met Nikki and Kim who showed me a few fields, one of them was Spirit Lake. It is a beautiful garden with a woodland area, a walled garden and two beautiful lakes.

Kim was very helpful in the run up to the event, arranging the toilets, generator and security for the day but also suggested some great suppliers from the tipi to the bell tents

The day could not have been better! I highly recommend Fiesta Fields and Spirit Lake for anyone wanting a fun, laid back festival wedding!

Kim, we can't thank you enough for all your help leading up to and on our wedding day. On the day we both felt very confident that we were in good hands so that we could relax and enjoy our day. You saw the problem and without panic sorted it out logically and calmly. 

Also would like to mention how brilliant Phoenice Fields was as our wedding location. Fields and sheep in the background as far as the eye could see and skylarks singing their little hearts out. Couldn't have wished for a better backdrop to our ceremony and reception.
