Love Cave Venue

I’m not sure I can even find the right words to describe how amazing the Diamond Rock team and the Love Cave venue and reception were. Not a single thing slipped. The customer service was a perfect 10 out of 10.

This won’t be just a wedding. It will be a Hollywood setting, with you and your partner as the main characters. And the Love Cave is exactly the kind of venue that makes that possible. It is carved into the cliffs with postcard views, white houses above you and the Aegean stretching out below. The entire place feels intimate, cozy and cinematic in the best way.

Our wedding of 14 people took place there, and the venue shaped the whole experience. From the attention to detail, like a friendly hand helping me down the stairs while offering ice water in the other, to the carefully chosen songs for every important moment, everything felt effortless and thoughtful.

One of my favorite parts was staying right next door to my childhood friends. When you book the Love Cave Venue, you get two suites. One is for the couple and one is for friends or family. In our case, my three best friends. It felt like a tiny wedding village filled with laughter and privacy. We even had our own pre and post wedding jacuzzi club going. And the breakfast delivered to our door made us feel like royalty. Warm dishes, fresh fruit, everything beautifully presented. It was basically a five star brunch in bed.

My hair and makeup artist, Julia Popova, transformed me into something unthinkably beautiful. I have fine hair, yet she created a fantastic style that held a three meter veil in the Santorini wind.

Then came the photos. We chose Sun Love Photo and I’ll be honest. I have never thought of myself as photogenic. I told myself I would be happy to like two or three pictures. When the gallery arrived, I could not believe my eyes. Every single photo was stunning. They captured how it looked but also how it felt to be in that place, in that moment. Friends and even strangers say the photos look like they came straight out of a magazine. Wall printable for sure.

From the depths of my heart, it was worth every single penny. What we received was not just a service. It was an experience of a lifetime. We could let go, be present and enjoy the most meaningful day of our lives. My makeup artist even asked if it was my first marriage because I was so calm. That is the effect this venue has.

Our wedding day was truly a dream come true. The team, the location, the views, it was everything we wanted and more - we often talk about how lucky we are to have had such a perfect day in the perfect place. Love Cave couldn’t have been a better venue for our micro wedding with our closest family, it’s situated just right to still feel private and intimate, but in the heart of one of the most magical places in the world. The rooms were so nice, well stocked, and so comfortable, and I am still in awe of what the team created for us upstairs on the roof for the most incredible dinner of our life. If you’re considering Love Cave, you won’t be disappointed in the slightest, I would get married here again and again.
