For weddings, the villa is available exclusively, with the proposal including all six suites for up to 17 or 18 resident guests, alongside private use of the outdoor spaces for the celebration. The result is an intimate destination wedding where your closest friends and family can stay together and enjoy the villa as their own private home in Salento.
The Villa Gloria team takes a particularly creative approach to weddings. Alongside providing the setting, they work with couples to develop the concept of the celebration itself, from the overall aesthetic and atmosphere to styling, flowers, personalised details, guest experiences and the events surrounding the wedding. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or want help developing the idea, the team can work with you to create a celebration that feels distinctive to you and the setting.
Through a trusted network of local partners, Villa Gloria can also arrange catering, wedding planning, floral design, entertainment, transfers and bespoke experiences. Couples can choose to use the villa simply as the setting for their celebration or take a more complete approach, with the team helping to coordinate the wedding from beginning to end.
Resident guests have exclusive use of the saltwater swimming pool and gardens, with breakfasts prepared by the villa’s chef and plenty of space to relax between celebrations. The team can also arrange restaurant reservations, excursions, transfers and local experiences, giving guests the chance to discover Salento together.

- Villa Gloria is located in Monteroni di Lecce, just a short drive from Lecce and within easy reach of many of Salento’s main destinations. Public transport in the area is quite limited, so travelling by car is generally the easiest and most convenient option. For guests who prefer not to drive, we are happy to assist with arranging taxis or private transfers to and from the venue.
