Godwick Great Barn

From first attending the venue for their spring wedding fair to the countless emails to our wedding coordinator Kevin, to leaving Godwick barn the day after ( and being given a bottle of champagne) it simply could not be faulted. The booking process is simple and easy, the communication in the lead up to the wedding was faultless, Kevin was on hand 24/7 to answer any queries and was always there to offer support, advice and reassurance. Nothing was too much to ask nor was anything a problem.

On arrival at Godwick we were given a tour by James who was helpful and informative, we were also presented with a Fabulous hamper filled with Local goodies. The Hall is immaculate and homely. All facilities needed were there, including a huge BBQ which we loved using alongside the lovely pool. Having towels supplied in the conservatory is a brilliant touch. The night before the wedding all 12 (!) bridesmaids and partners attended the hall and we loved using the games room. The morning of the wedding we had a formal breakfast in the dinning room and utilised the drinks chillers. All amenities are well thought out and useful ! I nearly forgot to mention the bed, it is the comfiest bed I have ever slept in.

The Barn itself is breathtaking and the bar is going from strength to strength with its ever growing cocktail menu. The prices are fair and the staff are lovely. There is absolutely nothing which i would change about Godwick and thank them relentlessly for making my wedding day so special. A final thank you personally to Kevin, who I could not have planned a wedding without. You are what every bride needs in the run up to their wedding, thank you !
