These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a vendor member on the Wedinspire Media Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) platform at https://wedinspire.com (“Website”). By creating an account and listing your business on our Website, you (“Vendor,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Vendor Code of Conduct, and any other policies published on our Website. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Wedinspire Media Ltd and you, the Vendor. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Website and refrain from listing your business.
1. Account Creation and Directory Listing
1.1. Account Creation
To list your business on our Website, you must create a Vendor account by providing accurate and complete information. This includes business details, service offerings, and appropriate images or media, all in accordance with our submission guidelines.
1.2. Business Listing
Once your account is created, your business will be featured in our directory. This includes:
- Online Visibility: Display of your venue or service with your business name, location, contact details, and a link for direct inquiries.
- Promotional Features: Opportunities for exposure through real wedding features, exclusive vendor resources, and social media promotions, if applicable.
- Public Access: Your information will be accessible and searchable by the public, who may contact you directly through the platform.
2. Permissible Use of the Directory
2.1. Acceptable Uses
You may use the directory to promote your business, connect with potential clients, and collaborate with other vendors. You are free to use it as a resource for professional networking and client referrals.
2.2. Prohibited Uses
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Using the directory to generate unauthorized leads for third parties or other businesses.
- Creating marketing lists or sending unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”) using information from the directory.
- Engaging in any unlawful activities or activities that violate these Terms.
- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Website or the services offered to other Vendors.
2.3. Professional Conduct
You agree to maintain a professional and respectful attitude in all interactions with other vendors and Users. Unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading conduct is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. Vendor Content
All content you provide (including images, descriptions, trademarks, and logos) remains your responsibility. You must ensure that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload this content. You agree to indemnify us from any claims or disputes arising from the use of such content.
3.2. License Grant
By listing your business on the Website, you grant Wedinspire Media Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your business name, content, and trademarks on our platform and in marketing materials. This license is perpetual and irrevocable, except in cases where your listing is terminated, in which case the license will continue only as necessary for past marketing materials.
3.3. Protection of Third-Party Content
You may not use or reproduce any content provided by other Vendors, Users, or Wedinspire Media Ltd without explicit permission. Misuse of intellectual property, including the copying of images, text, or media from other listings, is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Deletion of Content and Profiles
Vendors may request deletion of their profile, listing, or submitted content (including images, logos, and other data) by contacting Wedinspire in writing. Upon receiving a valid request, Wedinspire will take reasonable steps to remove the requested content from the Website within a reasonable timeframe, subject to:
- our need to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes;
- our right to retain limited copies for back-up, archival, or evidentiary purposes; and
- the survival of the licence granted under this Section in relation to materials already published or distributed prior to deletion.
4. Data Security and Website Access
4.1. Security Measures
We employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. However, no system is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that Wedinspire cannot guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access or cyberattacks.
4.2. Service Availability
Our Website may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. While we strive for continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any damages or losses due to service interruptions.
4.3. Compliance with Privacy Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the GDPR where applicable, when handling User information obtained through the Website. Any misuse of personal data will result in the immediate termination of your account.
4.4. Third-Party Data

5. Disclaimers
5.1. No Guarantee of Leads or Traffic
While we provide exposure through our platform, we make no representations or guarantees regarding the number of leads, inquiries, or bookings you will receive through your listing. The performance of your listing depends on numerous factors outside our control.
5.2. Vendor Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing your business operations, including handling bookings, client communications, contracts, payments, and the provision of services. Wedinspire acts solely as a facilitator of leads and is not involved in any transaction or agreement between you and your clients.
5.3. User Actions
We are not responsible for the actions or behaviors of Users who access your listing. You acknowledge that we do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for any actions Users may take with your publicly available information.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Wedinspire Media Ltd provides a directory of wedding venues and services but is not responsible for the actions or services of any vendors listed on the Website.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wedinspire Media Ltd disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website.
6.3 We will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any loss of profit, loss of data, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the Website.
6.4 We will not be liable for any damages arising from photos, reviews, or other content uploaded by venues, users, or third parties.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wedinspire Media Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your content or actions in connection with the Website.
- Your use or misuse of the Website.

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wedinspire Media Ltd regarding your participation in the platform. These Terms supersede any prior oral or written agreements or discussions. Both parties agree that no reliance has been placed on any representation, warranty, or statement that is not expressly included in these Terms.
14. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
